Title:  Pregnant in the Italian’s Palazzo
Series:  The Greeks’ Race to the Altar #3
Author:  Amanda Cinelli
Genre:  Contemporary Romance
Published:  January 24, 2023
Publisher:  Harlequin Presents
My Rating:  4.5 stars

Pregnant in the Italian’s Palazzo concludes The Greeks’ Race to the Altar series with a flaming hot couple in a romance that not only is excellently written, but one that we (readers) need to see more of from the romance publishing industry – and I’m thrilled to see Harlequin step up and begin to give us such diversity of characters recently.

One missed flight to a critical meeting – one stranger offering a huge favor – and one intense attraction will have long-lasting consequences for Aria and Nysio but for right now that attraction will cut through their self-imposed bubble surrounding each of their lives and allow one important person in, perhaps for a lifetime.

Throughout this trilogy/series, there has been one underlying, now deceased villain – the half-brothers’ father, one nasty piece of work who tries to continue to control lives beyond the grave through his vengeful last will.  I don’t think I’ve hated someone as much as I do Zeus in, well, forever fictionally.  Yet, his lasting legacy has brought us some amazing heroes and heroines.  I don’t like to have favorites from a series but I think in this case it has to be Nysio and Aria by a long shot mainly because of their life choices and how unashamedly they accept each other for exactly who they are.  Really.  Do you know how rare it is to find someone who doesn’t want to change one little thing about you in order to be that perfect match?  This is probably one of the many important reasons that I love this couple so much.

Quite frankly, I want to gush and tell you this couple’s entire story, to delve into details and give my thoughts on so many things… but I won’t, because in the end you should discover all of those nuances, those emotions, and experience their hot, hot, hot attraction firsthand.  I can safely say that I loved them each for unique reasons, they are equally stubborn but determined to do what is right for them.  There are, of course, sizzling, passionate moments but also tender, thoughtful, reflective moments.  I was captivated by Pregnant in the Italian’s Palazzo, by this particular couple, and loved the entire series.  Hands down, my favorite of this series… and I wish there was more, maybe another brother somewhere… I know, but one can wish, right?

If you love seeing diversity in your romances, if a couple who accepts each other for who they are, if a romance that is ablaze with passion and tenderness lights your fire… then you need Nysio and Aria’s story… on release day.  It is amazing.
