I’ve joined the 2021 New Release Challenge over at (Un)Conventional Bookworms – and you can go check it out through this link or clicking on the graphic.

I love Reading Challenges, they help keep me focused on those goals I made back at the beginning of each new year.  I also know that not remembering to go back and link up reviews is a major downfall for me.  So, this year I’m making Goodreads Shelves to keep me updated and easier to link up at each Challenge’s host website.

In the past, I’d joined Linda and Brandee’s New Release Challenge with an older established blog of mine (Keeper Bookshelf) for many years and I’ve enjoyed the challenge of it (but again, that linking up does me in every year).  With Happily Ever After Romance, I wanted a place where I could focus on only Romance in all its various genres and tropes.  Now, I know, without a doubt that I’ll be purchasing new releases each and every month from Harlequin.  More some months than other, but I hit Amazon like clockwork on the 1st of every month to get my Romance fix in once again.

Since my 2021 Goodreads Challenge is 100 books, I’m going for the same 100 books here.  Sounds rather daunting doesn’t it?  But I’m addicted to romance novels in any shape or form so I believe I can hit that number by December 31, 2021.  Guess time will tell. 🙂

It’s January 2, 2021 – I’ve made my monthly purchases (new releases) – so now it’s time to get reading.  If you’ve joined as well, I wish you good luck and enjoy yourself because this all is supposed to be fun – we’ve got enough stress out there in the world as it is. 🙂
