A Match Made in Montana continues The Millers of Marietta series with a delightfully funny, sexy, laugh-out-loud romance that grabbed my attention (and emotions) from the opening scene until the final page.  There are also heartaches to be dealt with for Craig and Annie, old wounds to heal, betrayals to get beyond, and yet… the pesky attraction moments are getting in the way of keeping their relationship temporary and perhaps leading to a love to last a lifetime.  If they’re willing to take the risk.

I think what hooked me on this story was Annie and her romance novel reading – and imagination.  Oh, the romance is such fun, and the characters had me in tears one moment and laughing the next.  But, really?  As a romance reader, how could I not love Annie and her love of romance novels? (grins)  You will never read the word “beaded” in the same way you did before this book and will probably break out in a smile when you do.  Just saying.

I adore Aunt Janice; she’s quite the sometimes not-so-subtle matchmaker… and she’s been spot-on in her choices for the Miller siblings so far.  Craig may be a charmer with a short-term dating mandate, and Annie is definitely not in the market for another relationship after such a betrayal… but the heart seems to have a different opinion on these two who are perfect for each other and set sparks off every time they’re near each other.  Watching them take the leap from fast fling to forever happiness was such a fun and emotional journey.

I had such fun back in this world, and if you love a well-written, funny, sexy, emotional romance between unlikely folks – or watching the shenanigans of a matchmaking pro – then you’re going to love this one.
